Fred is great really resposive and fast, easy to work with.
Fred knew our contractor was unprofessional and didn’t finish work or do things up to code! Fred did not disclose this information until far enough into our project that it was too late! Fred also did not do any inspections as he said, “ it’s the contractors job to call and inform me of when they’re ready for inspections. “ We have many structural issues we have to fix, due to a bad contractor and Fred’s lack of inspections on a contractor he knows to be shady!
