our furnace went out when it was so cold, and our regular maintenance man recently retired and referred Weber to me, so I gave them a call and they came and replaced a part, so I thought Great we'll have heat tonight, but as soon as it kicked off it wouldn't come back on, so the maintenance man came back worked on it some more, however it was the weekend and the supply house was closed so that ment we had to wait until Monday to get it fixed, it got so cold in our house, but bright and early Monday morning they were at my ho... read more
