My A/C stopped working, and called them in the advice of my brother. They came out this afternoon, fixed the problem (super simple, if you know HVAC) and showed me how to fix it myself. It was only the cost of the service run! Jay was friendly and efficient, and even gave me some DIY pointers. I'm signing up to get regular maintenance this fall. Thanks for the quick response, its cooling wonderfully now!
I’ve been using Weber Heating and Air for several years now. We had been customers of one of the larger HVAC companies. They gave me a price for a part that seemed very high and had Jeff come out to take a look and he was half the price. Weber has never tried to up sell me anything that was not needed. Jay has been out to do our service contract work and couldn’t be better. They always answer questions and are very thorough. Weber has my total trust.
Weber is the real deal! We had an intermittent AC issue. Two other large reputable companies were unable to diagnose the problem. Weber was able to pinpoint the issue and make the repair. They were up for the challenge and really seemed to care. The other companies acted like they didn’t want to mess with it because it was not a straightforward easily diagnosable repair. Weber for the win!
