Great Service! We purchased a new unit and had a little manufacturer's issue and when we called Weber about the issue they were out in about an hour. Service is huge when it comes to customer satisfaction and they definitely are 1st class. As long as we live in Palm Coast, we will use Weber Air & Heat
I tell you these days you got to be cautious on who you used to do your service. The first guy that came out told me I needed a whole new motor and it was going to be between 2000 and 2500. And then tried to sell me a service contract. So I called Weber Air and heating they were very professional and very fair and worked hard to get my heater going. I would recommend them 100%.
