It was truly a great experience!
My elderly mother had a 9am appointment with Dr Brandford to resolve a persistent high blood pressure problem. Unfortunately although she arrived on time and relayed that she had a 10 am appointment, which she was assured was not a problem and ushered into an examination room by Wanda “medical assistant”. Wanda left her in the room while she called in other patients (4) who arrived after her. Mom was left to sit in the room as the other patients were seen and sent on their way. NOT one word to
