Fireplaces commonly take months to arrive in the current building market. We ordered a fireplace with Webco and paid for it in full. Do not do business with these people! They are rude and know nothing about customer service. I purchased a gas burner with glass from Webco. They installed it and a month later the switch that controls the remote went out. I spent hours on the phone with the distributing company they got the burner from to avoid calling them because as I mentioned, the customer service is horrible. Dishonest, they attempted to install a damaged item without customer knowing. Then once pointed out, they said they would replace it. Then instead of replacing they attempted to repair the unit and claimed they had replaced it. Once shown the proof that the item was the original, they were rude and unhelpful. Gave them every chance to correct the mistake before writing this review.

DO NOT BUY! – Do not buy materials from Webco Distributing! Our molded concrete fireplace surround had to be replaced three times during its warranty period and we are still not satisfied with the results. Bad materials. Bad installation. Bad service.
