Contracted time to fix work blows out. Contractors are not prepared and do not allocate their time accordingly, thus affecting clients and disregarding the needs and clients time. Their ethical obligations are non-existent. Coupling the appalling treatment of clients from contractors is the receptionist and administration manager. They are belligerent and act in a pack manner. Absolute rubbish!! They are more concerned about fixing doors than having the expertise to fix a roof.
