The 4 units that we have is a system Travis designed and installed while we building in 2017. Today Travis hung up on me stating I was a customer he would rather not have anymore because I called to state that my split unit was down again, 4th time same unit, and my tone of voice was not pleasant, therefore he was done with me, CLICK!!!! The unit in question has until recently been under a warranty for 5 years, therefore parts were cost free, only labor/service call per incident were required to be paid. We had purchased two central air/ heating units from Webb a few years ago… not many issues . We were satisfied with the co. Recently had a service call where the tech caused a pipe to leak. I called for them to repair it. Long story short… they attempted to charge us for a 2nd call. We ended up paying over $200 to a plumber to fix the leak.The manager was quite rude claiming that the problem with you part time residents is that you treat people poorly …etc.

They failed to install correctly . Had to return numerous times. Wanted to charge more for their errors and then when tried to ask to correct another issue had attitude and refused to fix. Not do not recommend.
