Refuses to service a Generac Generator that they installed because I went with a competitor to install my new HVAC system even though RSP Heating and Cooling was significantly more competitive on the HVAC and easier to deal with. When I called for a quote they Webbs asked me how much I wanted to pay and wouldn’t give me an honest quote. There are definitely better people out there to do business with.
The maintenance man was very congenial and thorough checking out my HVAC unit. He also warned me of a possible issue in the future that I may have to consider
Best service ever. The clean and check program is the best money I have ever spent. I have no concerns about surprise break downs. Technicians are the very best. Today’s technician went above and beyond! My door handle fell off of my back door . I told him I need a good handyman. He left. Came back in for me to sign and said “ I fixed your door.” Can’t get better service anywhere!
