Webbs have been very efficient in their marketing (excellent pictures and 3d tour) and subsequently efficiently finding and arranging new tenants for my flat in Sutton Coldfield. The communication and assistance at all points has been absolutely excellent. Thank yous especially to Charlotte and Sophie, but everyone I'd spoken to was friendly and helpful during the whole process so far.

Very disappointed with Webbs when we first put our house on the market the two ladies that came out were lovely and very helpful. In the second appointment we talked through terms and conditions and they stated once our house was on the market if we took it off the market in the first 3months we would have to pay a £60 fee but once the 3months had past we didn’t have to pay the fee.
