Excellent service and tech was easy to work with. Look forward to next completion scheduled.
Their repair tech informed me that the compressor needed to be replaced on my outside unit and that it would be $4K. I got a 2nd opinion and there was no issue with the compressor. It ended up being the thermostat and only cost $225. The following day, I received a call from the owner, Webb and he apologized for my experience and assured me that he will resolve the issue with his technician. It appears that he has only been with the company for a short time. I will give them another try in the future.
