I called for ac service on July 4th, talked to on call tech, he was very nice and helpful. Decided to wait until normal business hours to make an appointment. I called office and the dispatcher was one of the rudest people I’ve talked to in a long time. Basically told me what the tech and I had discussed was BS and she knew that it wasn’t true. I will tell everybody I know about my experience and to stay away from them. I called another ac contractor and it was fixed faster and amazingly the way I wanted.

Webb's people know what they're doing and are courteous and efficient. Lucas L., who recently worked on our HVAC system, was terrific. He provided clear, easy-to-understand explanations of the problems with the HVAC system, carefully listened to our questions, and went over several options for addressing the issues. Working with him is a pleasure.
