recently had trouble with my 30 year old system. Seems it was time. I opted for the full system replacement from the multitude of options they offered me. The response was quick after trying 2 other services that didn't seem to mind my AC had been out for a week. So the time comes, and Webb sends in a great team of folks who worked their tails off outside and in my attic for 2 days replacing my whole system. Capacitor and coil clean fraud. The capacitor was replaced but coil never cleared. They left our coils to suffocate. A week later our ac was giving out. My hubs went outside and washed out unit and a ton of debris came out. We switched to a new energy company and got a new thermostat and our unit is fine. We've been told a decade a new unit will be needed bc parts won't be available. It's still going strong. It was a Saturday afternoon at 2PM when the HVAC compressor line was covered with ice and was not cooling the house. I did not have a go to HVAC company and I called two other local providers first with no results. I then called WEBB’S and got an option for an emergency response call back. The tech, Jon, called back in 5 min and made several good recommendations to solve the problem but we were still down. Jon came out quickly and diagnosed the system.
