Extremely disappointing experience I will never come back to this Chili’s in Irving, Texas. The customer service was absolutely unacceptable, especially considering the restaurant was not busy at all. Our server barely attended to us. We had to ask for silverware, the service was extremely slow, and she never once came over to ask if we were ready to order. We were sitting there waiting while she completely overlooked us. This Chilis location is awesome. They have the best drinks & food for everyone. We luv it! Great place to watch a ballgame & have a great snack!
Food was great. Place wasn't very busy for a Friday night. Service was terrible.
