We have somehow managed to have Hope as our server for several of our last visits. Each time has been an exceptional visit with above average service. Love when we find out we're sitting in her section!
After avoiding Chili’s for 3 years due to a past bad experience, Joseph completely changed the game for us. Dude was outstanding, attentive, friendly, and gave spot-on recommendations. Joseph should be a service leader here; he sets the gold standard for how great dining service should be.
Just a heads-up they charge a $5 surcharge for a black bean patty substitute on the lunch menu. You might want to ask about surcharges for vegetarian options.
