Mike helped us buy another home and we could not be happier with ALL that he does! First off, he simplifies things and explains things SO well. My husband has been traveling for work and I’ve been living out of state still, so he literally went to our inspections, did video walk-throughs, and met multiple people there to complete the necessary paperwork to close escrow in 30 days. I cannot recommend Mike Weber enough. He was such fantastic property manager, especially considering the tenant was far from ideal. He did business with complete integrity and acted in such a way as to create a large amount of trust. He met every expectation I had in a property manager because he was willing to ask what kind of communication I had expected from him and involved me as little or as much as I wanted. He was very easy to communicate with and was thorough and everything!
We love Mike, we have sold three houses with him and all under contract within 7 days. His wife helps stage the home and put it to the next level of beauty!
