Air conditioner went out on a Monday evening. Called Webber on Tuesday. Service person was ill and couldn't come. Called another company who's name starts with "a". They came out said my whole system was broke and wanted $16,700 for a new everything. Called Webber back on the following Monday. They came out and in 20 minutes the gentleman had my air conditioner working. I paid for the service call and the part. I would highly recommend this company. I will not use anyone else.

Excellent customer service. Very helpful staff. They helped me find the right part ordered it for me and I was able to pick it up same day. I fixed my furnace myself and saved over $1200.00.

Updating comments: Finally received install. Work was very professional. I'm pleased with work. Original comment: After making purchase, extremely poor customer service. Does not return calls. Take months for install.
