My son Ace goes there and the staff is always so friendly and kind, they do amazing work and answer any questions we may have. They truly care what’s best for your child and are not just out to try to make an extra buck, Dr. Webb even talked to me on a personal level when we were making a decision on the orthodontic treatment process and what he would do for his own child in the situation, I feel like we’re family there.
Dr. Webb and his team are absolutely fantastic. Not only do they do great with my daughter but they are very friendly and caring for the family as well. Once Dr. Webb had gotten to the point that he needed my daughter's oral surgery done; of which we still hadn't gotten a phone call from Legacy in Asheville yet; he was very upfront and honest with us about needing to get her in quick for oral surgery or we would have to take the braces off. the ladies in the office are absolutely amazing. super friendly. Dr Webb was very Gentle and caring. Amazing place for Teens braces!!
My son is still early in this process, but every visit has been great. We are in and out fairly quickly and the staff is friendly. They have been accommodating with making appointments. We’ve had no issues so far. Would recommend.
