The communication from this office has been horrible. Direct calls, office calls, and several emails went unanswered, deferred, or just lacked tact (rudely responded). Also, our situation took much longer to handle than it should have. Towards the end, our attorney wasn't affective in completing items as we wished from the beginning. It is rarely enjoyable to need these kinds of services, but I would not recommend them, based on my experience.
RecommendedKelsey was AMAZING! She handled our case in a very professional manner and always stayed in contact with me. She really was a blessing helping me thru this difficult situation. Thank you so much for everything Kelsey.
