Love the floorplan of our Del Webb home, and generally satisfied with quality of installation. Very happy with the responsiveness of the warranty team, and in particular Kelly and Brandon, who have done an outstanding job in responding to the relatively minor issues we've had. Worst part of the experience was the general attitude/professionalism/responsiveness of the "community manager," but she has since been replaced and the new one is doing a much better job.
