Been with Larry for 8 years now. Never had an issue. Genuine guy with a great heart. Will go out of his way to make sure you are taken care of. 10/10 recommend
Dr. Webb helped Mr w/ my Truhearing, hearing aids. I have seen him only twice but, the Fact Is...he has done exactly what he said he was going to do. And both hearing work great! HAnd he keeps his appointment

after trying to make an appointment on line and never getting a response I gave up. But several days later I received a phone call. I was told that I had made the appointment at the wrong location. How did she know that? She said she would forward the information to the Chandler location and they would be calling me. I said I cant hear on the phone please tell them to text or email. NOTHING. I see that others have had similar experiences. I wont try again. There are other hearing centers.
Did not verify insurance coverage. Instead of calling and rescheduling, they let me drive all the way to their office to tell me that they had not verified my insurance. I told them to call me when they figured it out and left.3 weeks later they still have not called me
