I could not be happier with the service and products that I received from Larry Webb who fitted me for a new pair of hearing aids. He was on time, attentive and very detail oriented. He made sure that all of my questions were answered and that I knew that I could count on him for any follow-up concerns. His office staff was also extremely helpful when I got lost going to my first appointment. A+ Highly recommend!
Been with Larry for 8 years now. Never had an issue. Genuine guy with a great heart. Will go out of his way to make sure you are taken care of. 10/10 recommend
Dr. Webb helped Mr w/ my Truhearing, hearing aids. I have seen him only twice but, the Fact Is...he has done exactly what he said he was going to do. And both hearing work great! HAnd he keeps his appointment

after trying to make an appointment on line and never getting a response I gave up. But several days later I received a phone call. I was told that I had made the appointment at the wrong location. How did she know that? She said she would forward the information to the Chandler location and they would be calling me. I said I cant hear on the phone please tell them to text or email. NOTHING. I see that others have had similar experiences. I wont try again. There are other hearing centers.
