DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE!!!!! Firstly, we received the worst, most dismissive, unhelpful, and uneducated medical help and advice we have ever been given. We left upset, the same if not worse, and annoyed that we had spent HOURS waiting at this clinic with only two other people being seen. After this, we filed with insurance and the cost after was STILL $150!! Fully out of pocket at most other family medical practices in oxford is around $80-90. At MOST $120. I have been using this clinic for over five years. I was switched to a new provider over a year ago. Last month I went in for my scheduled appointment to get my meds refilled and was given a bill for the first time. (And found at that day that my provider was no longer at the clinic) I explained to them I would contact my insurance to see what was going on. The next week I was turned over to collections. Update: The clinic/their attorney called and agreed to remove the charges. My son got worse after taking the medicine the practitioner at this "Webb family" clinic provided so I went for a follow up. I was billed a full new-patient consultation fee for a follow-up visit on 12/02/2022 (estimated date because the clinic refused to provide the bill), even though Webb Family Medical Clinic’s own staff told us beforehand that follow-ups would be free. This place use the be amazing and it’s going down hill so fast. The doctor left 30 minutes ago to to write a prescription and left for lunch instead.
