My wife and I have been patients of Dr Webb for 20 years with no problems. Now that we are on Medicare I noticed a billing problem. Basically I had to pay them over $1,000 in 2022 for exam and glasses. In 2023 I paid over $800. I noticed they then file with Medicare and keep whatever they are paid. I feel like I had already paid them the full amount at the day of service. They never provide a billing statement when I pay them what they ask and it didnt occur to me to ask for one. RecommendedI went there last Wednesday, and the two beautiful ladies there were extremely sweet and very professional. Dr. Webb was awesome, and very Transgender Friendly. He examined my eyes, took me to look at glasses, and I told him what I wanted and he helped me pick out what glasses I was looking for. I definitely will go back!
Wonderful, caring and very attentive to what I need. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
