I hate this place , been going there for over 20 years and it’s just gotten so unorganized and unprofessional. I will not be returning, although Dr. Webb is a great Dr, he needs some organization in this business.
Doctor is great very friendly and professional. My complaint is with the way the office is run. I had my appointment in January and I'm still trying to get my contacts and it's August. I have to explain myself every single time I call because there's no proper documentation or communication. This has been by far the worst experience I've had in an office. I do not recommend this place if you want good service
I love the service employes are very nice and helpful, grate service the dr. Is very nice and explance things in way you can understand it . Will be a patient for life or till he retires
First it states on the hours open @ 8 a.m. on Yelp and here I am 808 a.m. standing outside knocking on the door looking like an idiot? Facebook says it opens 8:30 a.m. but my sons appointment is at 8:30, does this make sense? You should honor your appointment times!
I have no complaints about the doctor he is awesome. The turnaround time on receiving your glasses is unacceptable. I took my son in and ordered his glasses in March, we are now in June and we are still waiting. I just spoke with someone and they told me it could be another 3-4 weeks. I should have just went to wal-mart I would’ve had them back in a week. Never again.
