I'm the vice president of a residential cleaning company in Fayetteville Arkansas (ExBode LLC) and we had been a registered vendor for this company working on cleaning the turns at "The Row at Arkansas (a town house community they no longer manage). All management has claimed to have approved all payments and claims the payment company they pay to pay vendors processed all payments. THEY OWE US OVER $1000!!! I rented from this company in Arkansas and they have not responded to multiple calls and emails about getting our security deposit back... I have called multiple people, sent emails, etc. Be careful before giving them your deposit!
