Our service advisor did not research the service history of our vehicle even though the vehicle has consistently been maintained at that location. Several services were recommended that were recently completed. The recommended services were sent via text with an option to accept or decline. My concern with this approach is for elderly people or people with special needs that don’t have the history of services or trusting the dealership’s Expertise and approving the services even though they are not needed.
