Hey we damaged your brand new truck while getting an oil change, here is an equinox to drive while we take a month to repair your truck now…….. where is the ladder supposed to go? Tie it behind me??? Most unprofessional encounter ever, like we were in the wrong here, while left side bed was totaled while in their possession, repair is not even close to being satisfactory, visible seams , also discoloration around the seams.

Bought my 26 Tahoe from Webb a great salesman. Went in today for my first oil change. My appointment was scheduled for 10am. Took their shuttle to kill time. No phone call or updates 3 hours later I ended up taking an Uber back to get my car. Before I took the Uber I tried calling the service department multiple times for an update no answer so I called the sales and he got thru to service.
