Called and did not have appointment but they still manged to get me in. Service was good and fast. My only bad was just cost fore tire rotation that use to be included in oil change. They washed the car . So Service wise all good. Send coupons like you use to.
Needed a part for our Trailblazer. Parts department employee was very helpful, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Was very satisfied.
So oil change was fast but 2 minor issues keeping me from the 5 star. 1. oil life was not reset. Thought it was funny cause she told me it was 27% but it was actually 42% when I pulled it up. 2. Most other places toss it through the wash just not sure they have the unit to keep up with that type of volume it would create so I get it. Other wise service advisor on my account was friendly and nice to work with.
Do NOT buy a car from here. They sold me a Mustang that was TUNED over a year ago. They told me it was NOT tuned or anything. They LIED and now I can't pass emissions or drive the car. Save yourself.
