Brought my car in just to address issues with my catalytic converter which was diagnosed at Autozone. Webb insisted on doing their own diagnosis for $200. Whatever, fine. Turns out it is the flex pipe connecting to the cat causing issue. Webb will replace it for $880!! Scam. Absolutely scam. Got it replaced for only $146 at a family business. I dont think the employees working at this location get to control the pricing but I dont really care who is to blame: they are taking advantage of their customers and charging hundreds... read more
This was the worst experience of my life. This place is a total disaster. I bought a used vehicle that was supposedly CARFAX-certified—what a lie! The vehicle has a host of electrical problems. When I bought the vehicle, I also purchased a 3-year, full-coverage extended warranty; however, when I returned to this place with issues regarding the vehicle, they told me the warranty only covered certain things.
