I contacted Brandon about repairing a roof on my rental property. The roof was old and had areas of tree damage. He was very eager to get started to begin with and things seemed to go smoothly. Mrs. **** was one of our customers recently. We did give her a quote to remove the old roofing material and rotted decking ( should we find any). He roof is a flat roof. We removed the old roofing material only to discover that the insulation boards between the roofing and the decking had been saturated and left in disrepair for so long that they were turning to powder.
