My experience with this practice was excellent! Everyone I interacted with was professional while still being warm and friendly. The optometrist I saw, Whitney Shaver, was absolutely phenomenal. I had a lot of anxiety about this visit, and she was kind and generous with her time- she walked me through everything and validated all my worries. The price for my contacts was excellent. I will definitely be back and recommend them!
The staff is friendly and professional. Dr Mestel seems very caring and explains all issues thoroughly. I come back every year because I value his expert advice.
My experience went great! Every staff member I interacted with was so sweet and personable. The service was genuine and Dr. Mestel and his assistants and front desk women were very patient with my questions. I felt heard during my visit and had clarity on where I’m at.
