Truly an amazing experience! The girls in the back and up front couldn’t have been more caring. They answered all of my questions. And the doctors are very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone!! If I could leave a 10 star I would!! Thank you
I have been coming here a number of years now, and the service and the doctor have always been wonderful! However, this past time the lady at the desk was extremely rude. Due to circumstances not under my control, I was a few minutes late, and when I came in she informed me (coldly) that I had to reschedule. It’s always been their policy that you can’t get there after 15 min late, but it hadn’t been 15 min yet - barely 10. I explained the situation, but she was totally inflexible. Dr. Garry Mestel was awesome and provided a great experience! Made me feel comfortable and cared for. Great experience with the receptionist and pre-testing too. Service was quick and easy overall.
Staff was friendly and appointment ran smoothly. Highly recommend.
