These people are crooks ! I bought a 4 plex about 4 yrs ago and the previous property owner had a washer and dryer contract agreement with these people for 5 yrs and they were in year 1 of a 5 yr contract and I was told the contract transferred over to the new owner.So a few months ago I called them on a Monday and asked when my contract was over and they told me the contract I never received a copy of just self renewed on Friday and It was tooo late to cancel so now I have another 5 yrs to go with them . B E W A R E
