I would not recommend this HOA management company. The company appears to prioritize collecting fees over providing professional and knowledgeable HOA management services. Two gentleman on staff that I have interacted with on several occasions demonstrates very limited understanding of HOA operations, governing documents, and standard management responsibilities. Your auto pay sucks
I've had one terrible HOA company, and I've had WEB. These guys are so much better than the worst of them. In fact, I find them generally responsive, polite, engaged, and helpful. They aren't perfect. Once I received a letter threatening me about a Silver SUV in front of my house -- a car I don't own and actually have never noticed. Perhaps they drove by at the exact moment a neighbor or delivery driver temporarily parked? As much as people love to bash their local HOA, these guys deserve some credit, particularly the President of Web properties. I had an unsightly left over construction mess below my property and they very quickly addressed the situation under difficult circumstances. Thank you William and thanks to your team. My neighbors thank you as well.
