I signed up for the free trial about half a year ago. That went smooth and i signed up for a full year. Already made my money back in 4 months for this program it paid itself off in less then 6 months. John and his team do an amazing job of checking in with me to see what iv done and if I need help with anything. I couldn't ask for better customer service. The website is easy to use and anyone complaining about it being complicated has never used Mitchel or alldata LOL, though I do come from using CAD & CAM softwares. Thanks... read more
Worthless! Do Not waste your time or money. After setting up the service they could not even get my business name right. The program is hard to use and the support is terrible. Such a waste of time and money. Save yourself from the hassle and do not even sign up for free trial!
Ive been using it for 8 years and never had a problem EVER . The tech support team is awesome and the cost is worth every penny . i pay $125 a month , ya cant beat that . and Matt Shanks is awesome to deal with so if your thinking about getting it ask for him . and the Mobile app is great as well .
Very unhappy. Been trying to get a hold of them they keep saying they’re going to get back to me keep charging my card. I called eight months ago to cancel and they said they will take care of it. They’ve been charging me for almost a full year and did not use the account once did not notice that they were charging me when the account was supposed to be closed do you want do not want to refund me my money back very dishonest people like the other guy said do not give them your credit card
