I have had, without exception, the worst experience of my life in dealing with a company that builds new websites, and their name is Web Design Glory. Our initial agreement was for me to make an initial down payment of $100, with the balance of $300 at the time the website was given final approval, and completed. I was also told that the website would take no longer than two months. Unfortunately, working with Web Design Glory has been an extremely frustrating experience. After my website was built, I was informed that my domain had expired and that I would need to pay a large fee to address it. I was then told I would also need to pay an additional fee simply to receive backup files of my own website. Throughout this process, communication was unprofessional and, at times, rude. I purchased Wix Premium with the intention of creating my own website. Once I started, I realized I was lost and needed help. I found WDG on Thumbtack and because their price was reasonable, decided to move forward. I'm very happy with my website and feel that they did a great job with the look and feel I conveyed.
