these people are thieves and liars. They don't answer the phone towards the end of the month so it's impossible to call them to let them know you're moving out. they claim you have to give them both written and verbal notice 30 days before of you move your stuff out. they pro rate the unit to start with and charge you last months rent then when you're done renting the unit they will claim you owe them money.
poor security, no controlled access, no video cameras and latches on the rollup doors that can be snipped with a bolt cutter. The break in of my unit cost me $10,000 in tools
I just read through several reviews here -- all very positive, and I completely agree. Jose gave me a call once during the time of my rental to let me know I had fastened my lock but had forgotten to throw the slide. My unit was not really locked. I fixed it right away. Still grateful. A-plus
