Dude agreed to look over my sons car for no charge just to check to see if it needed to be aligned. Then held the car hostage until my son paid $30. He totally only did this because my son is young! Who wants to have someone like that in business

As a female I have had some real prizes when I have needed automotive service. A lot of the chain service places seem to assume that a female is totally ignorant about anything to do with mechanics. Growing up in MO my dad made sure I knew a few things before he would even allow me to drive by myself. That has served me well over the years and I have avoided being ripped off.
