Ordered a wood stove to be installed in January 2021. First off, they showed up without a ladder, then cuts hole through the metal roof. Snow was melting so instead of clearing the melting snow or detouring the water, he tries to seal the boot cap. Started leaking within a few day and stained to soap stone top. Asked how to remove the stain, never got back to me. Came back a few weeks later to reseal. Did a lousy job cause it leaked again. I had to redo the seal myself.
