Took my mower there twice because I didn't learn the first time. Both times they had the mower for a month for minor repairs. One time was to have a belt replaced. When I finally got the mower back, the belt they replaced broke within a minute. They are rude and do repairs that are not authorized. I can't even listen to their commercials on the radio without getting sick.

terrible and disgusting The older lady was rude and unpleasant. It was an awful experience from clerk to mechanic. Never ever ever would i set foot in that place. All i needed was lawnmower blades and left with an utter distaste. I cannot tell you how bad it was. Its ultra rare for me to have such disgust

They don't do what they're supposed to do and will charge you for whatever they can. They do not do a good job and I felt cheated every time I went there. I bought my mower there but they even kept trying to charge me for repairs during the warranty time. Stay away from these people if you're looking for an honest repair shop.

Don't take your mover there for service unless you bought it from them!!! Had a mower there for over a week and they never touched it, this was just for a routine blade sharpen and oil change!!! Called to check up on it twice they could not even tell me when they might look at it. They service mowers that are bought from there, if you buy else where tough for you!!! Ain't that a great way to run a business!! My money is not as good as the next guys. You won't have to worry about ever seeing any business from me again.
