Zach Gilbert was professional, knowledgeable, and delivered everything that was promised. The work crew that installed plants was courteous, efficient, and knew what they were doing. It was a pleasure to observe and interact with them as they accomplished their tasks. Burnell was excellent to work with - he really wanted to make sure my screened in porch and patio were what I had hoped - and they turned out beautifully. The whole crew was very respectful and professional. We used them for a patio seal and grass plant. Initially, the work was great but communication was lacking. Thankfully, the owner, Burnell reached out and then worked with us to fix the situation. I appreciate his attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction.
