Great People, Superb service, great brands. Did I say Great People? Easy to speak to and really good advice for what you need to help you pick out the right equipment for your job.
The employees were all great to deal with. The owner should stay out of the way. He spent 15 mins trying to get me to understand his pain of warranting a $40 hose that Boss has no problem replacing. Instead of trying to understand the customers position with how a busted hose, in the middle of a snow storm, caused major issues. Spend more time trying to understand things from customers perspective and they will respect yours.
They serviced my 6 yo mower and it looks brand new and runs like it’s brand new also! They fixed a broken wheel and got it completely ready for Spring. Reasonable pricing and they pickup and deliver back to you too!!
