Buy Local This is a great place to buy local and/or organic items. The staff is friendly and helpful. The prices can be expensive however the quality is also high.
Weaver Street Market is a good place to shop. Expensive but also very good and supports local economy. Really good place to find the food items when someone has an allergy and you need very basic ingredients. Organic grown produce. Can find products that contain no animal products which is wonderful for vegetarians or vegans.
Great little place to shop. Some things here are more expensive than you would imagine, but many items are also surprisingly affordable. I buy many of my pantry staples here, like polenta, pastry flour, and granola, and it beats having to drive to the Carrboro location. And during the spring and summer, the local farmer's market sets up shop in the grassy field nearby. You can't lose!
Organic Goodness It is a little expensive, but it is worth getting some great organic food. They have lots of local brands and the fruit and vegetable are grown locally.
