I wouldn't recommend renting from them. I took over a sublease at the beginning of February, which was offered by them. I was never told the prior tenant had already renewed the lease for the upcoming period in August. All I knew was prior tenant wasn't there, and I was taking over the unit. I was given a letter at the end of February stating if I wanted to renew to let them know, which I did. Then in May, I was given a notice that I had to leave in August. Never do any business with this company!!! as soon as they have your signature on a lease, your problems start. They scam, threat people!!!!
Weaver rentals are the worst people you could ever rent from, they're extremely disrespectful, the sewage is terrible and they don't take care of anything, all of their rentals are a mess. Do not rent from them!
