While traveling through Kirbyville my 2016 Laramie Ram flash a couple of codes, went into limp mode, shifted to a lower gear then shutdown. At first I thought it was my battery. After checking I still had 12.8vdc. After about 5 minutes I was able to restart the engine and drove the 1 mile to the dealership. Great place to purchase a vehicle!!!!
We are not from the area. We broke down at 5:30am. I called and they answerwd before open time. We got a tow truck to them. Mechanic was super nice- fuel issue. They also let us borrow a car to run get breakfast it was 8am and we were out by 830am. Super professional and nice people. No run around he could have charged us anything but did not.
