The service dept. provided detailed info. regarding repair work and costs on my Jeep Commander, but did not pressure me to get unnecessary work done. The office staff is friendly & handled my paperwork quickly.

While traveling through Kirbyville my 2016 Laramie Ram flash a couple of codes, went into limp mode, shifted to a lower gear then shutdown. At first I thought it was my battery. After checking I still had 12.8vdc. After about 5 minutes I was able to restart the engine and drove the 1 mile to the dealership. (Lucky we were so close) I met with Jeremy the shop manager and Kenny in parts. Jeremy had one if his techs check for codes and the only codes were ABS.
