Brought a new patio home from them in 2016. We love the neighbors and the location, but we have had to sink so much money into this BUILDERS GRADE home in the last 10 years New furnace that never could make it through a winter. AC unit that gave out very soon after.. Toilet in the master bathroom that turned out was used in a model home and used in our new home as new. Shingles that are so cheap and thin that they keep blowing off all the time and have to be special ordered from Neew York
I was considering downsizing and looked at Weaver patio homes in Sarver. The quality work on the homes was impressive but the timing the move to this style living was too early. More impressive was sale consultant, Beth Hannisick. Beth was extremely knowledgeable, sincere and no pressure. I will definitely consider Weaver Homes in the future when the timing is better.
