I never had an issue with getting BIPAP supplies. Always great and friendly service. However, they have billing issues. I sent in a check for copay payment and it was not credited to my account. I sent them a cancelled check twice and it was not corrected. They turned my account over to a credit bureau! Now they say it has been corrected but when they did not send me anything. Brittany is exceptional. Very kind and understanding. I needed petite light rollator walker with seat. Brittany worked with me and listened to my needs. She found a 13 lb rollator walker pretty in pink that was petite and perfect. I needed a wheelchair and Brittany found a petite one that's great. I also needed a shower/bathtub transfer bench, again Brittany came to the rescue. I needed a raised toilet seat. Brittany got me one with handles. Everything most appreciated. Went there looking for a solution..I wear a boot ( cast ) and I was developing a rub spot on my ankle. With in just a few short minutes the ladies came up with the perfect solution to my problem. Thank you for thinking outside the box. No matter what the issue is they can give you an answer.
