Lived here for a year & everyone was so rude with too many problems. Wish i didn’t waste my money here.
This is a nightmare. When I first moved in, my washer did not work. I recently received a replacement washer and that one doesn’t work either! I’ve been going to a laundromat since i moved in last month. My shower pools at the bottom of the tub so I don’t even feel comfortable taking showers in my own apartment. I would not rent any property managed by this company. They manage several properties in my neighborhood. The properties are in disrepair. Photos in their listing's are not accurate. Appliances do not work and are not repaired or replaced. Listed properties are not cleaned/repaired between rentals. These properties are devalueing neighboring properties.
