Told me that they had every intention of returning the deposit. Then kept it and charged additional $350. I've rented from over 10 places in the past in my life. Never had a complaint on move out. I disagree with their assessment.
NO! please don’t let anyone you care about rent from this company. Rod Weaver is a rude boy as well as his staff. Kristy, Misty, and the other lady whose name I can’t remember. They think they’re better than you and they don’t care that all of your appliances are broken because they aren’t the ones that have to deal with it. I cry so bad don’t rent from them. I’d scream it from the rooftops if i could. It’s insane please please don’t rent from them.
The bad reviews are 100% true. When I moved in all of the appliances were broken and covered in pet hair and dirt. I was told that the owner is refusing to replace the fridge that had a maggot / dog hair / and other mysterious dirt. The staff is not the most welcoming, “customer service” seems to disappear after you sign the lease. This is a nightmare I’m embarrassed to even bring my friends/family over to my place because of how run down it is.
