Wonderful
I rented a property for 12 months in the Madison, AL area and enjoyed having Weaver as the property managers. We had very few problems with the house, but the few we did were handled quickly and professionally. They were always available for a phone call and were friendly the entire time we lived there so I couldn't have asked for more. We would absolutely rent through them again if the need arose
Their business practices are terrible to say the least so I am emphatically telling you, the reader, not to move into any property listed by them. Everything said in the other negative reviews is true. Just avoid them at all costs.
When we moved in, it was 19° outside. It was 27° in the house and the central heat was broken. I called the property office manager, Misty, and told her the problem, she giggled and said “the only thing I can do is offer a space heater”, “that’s all I got”. if I could leave less than one star I would. they will ignore serious issues for months and months & let homeowners do patch jobs on a house that is falling apart. multiple professional contractors told me addition was not to code and house would continue to rot (mold everywhere) & they had a buddy patch it and raised the rent a few hundred for the next tenant. & then tried to charge me for all the things they wouldn’t fix, plus some stuff that never existed… they just made up charges lol.
