On November 28, 2025, I got home to find that the inside temperature was 62. It appeared from an untrained eye that my furnace was not lighting. This was the Friday before we were hit with a bunch of snow. To add to my concern the time was 430pm. I called a few places but Weaver Heating and Cooling were the ones who answered the phone. Why can’t all service calls go like this? Phillip was very courteous, organized, neat and knowledgeable! Weaver did the initial installation on our new build in 2019 and we have used their services since inception. Phillip was very personable and communicative, answered all of our questions and was very respectful of our home. We would highly recommend Weaver Heating and have with several of our friends and neighbors. Phillip arrived on time and was very thorough in his work. This was my fall tune-up of the furnace for the winter. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He didn’t mind my watching, because the more I know what is being checked, the better I know my house. Look forward to seeing him in the spring for the A/C check. Great job Phillip!
