I was very pleased with my whole experience with Weaver. From the beginning of making an appointment for an estimate and having them out promptly, to the salesman Peter going through the benefits of their product and not leaving until he measured windows and giving an estimate before he left. I’m very pleased with the great windows and doors I purchased through Weaver. The sales process was helpful without being pushy, the pricing was great and the installation went off smoothly and was completed quickly with excellent quality. Communication at times was a bit slow, but this was a minor annoyance. Thank you to the Weaver crew, I absolutely love my new view! Highly recommend!
Measuring initially was a problem. However it was rectified in short order. Installation was carried out by very knowledgeable installer. All was well in the end.
From my first contact with them, Weaver responded quickly and efficiently to provide excellent written quotations, a visit by a salesperson with samples, and made sure that the windows I needed met the requirements of the Greener Homes program. They worked with me on the pricing to fit the budget. The windows arrived within a couple of weeks of me placing the order and the installation followed shortly after that.
