Today, they won our business for life, no matter on the prices! In the middle of the night, our oil went out, this on top of a pipe bursting the night before and ruining brand new week old flooring, our stove dying and having to buy a new one last min, a child with a 102 fever, as well as a few other chaotic events, all in a span of 24 hours. We use to love Weavers but recently their customer service has been awful. We have had multiple people come out and we are charged an arm and a leg and they don't fix the problem. They then make us schedule another time for them to come out to charge us again. We recently got charged for a driver to prime our lines, which he did not do, so we googled it and did it ourselves, yet we still got charged. Don't offer a service if your driver can't complete it.
