From the start, there were multiple issues. I was initially overcharged, and both my billing and delivery addresses were entered incorrectly. After getting that corrected, I was told the dispatch manager would call the day before delivery to confirm scheduling. When placing the order, I clearly stated that Wednesday was the only day I would not be available for inspection and delivery.
