Edited to update: I called and emailed the person at Volvo who replied to this review and it’s been over a month and I have not heard back. My service person seemed upset that I did not know to pull it around to the service bay, even though it was my first visit. He attempted to find the car and said he couldn’t even though I was happy to go get it myself which I did. I had some car problems weekend before last and had to have the car towed to Weaver Brothers Volvo. This is where I have primarily taken my car since purchasing. The problem was diagnosed and resolved. I trust the Volvo technicians and feel confident they will do their jobs efficiently and correctly.
Professional, knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. Extremely helpful and fully above board. Highly recommend.
