I got a call less than 24 hours before my daughter’s appointment saying they need to cancel due to an emergency with the provider. That I completely understand. Things happen. What is ridiculous to me is that the earliest they could reschedule is 2 months from now. Disappointed to have to be going somewhere else as this practice did have great reviews.
Quantity and not quality driven. Female dentist is off putting and dismissing. And having to wait months for an appt.
My son woke up with his gum swollen around a tooth. I was able to get a new patient same day appointment and everyone here was so wonderful and sweet! Im so glad I picked this dentist office. They even give the kids a token after their visit and they can pick out their own prize! Great place to take you kids!
