My girlfriend and I have stayed at the Weathervane a few times, mostly during winter months while visiting relatives for Christmas. We have yet to find anything but a great experience with each visit. The rooms are always very clean and very well maintained. We really enjoy the in room fireplace and whirlpool tub. The rooms have everything you could need, and the staff are always very friendly and eager to accommodate. All the comforts of home, while on the road.
This is about the 10th time I have stayed at this awesome place. The accommodations are amazing and it feels like a home away from home. Kendra, the manager and her staff go out of their way to meet you needs. The room is spacious and having a jacuzzi, fireplace and couch with a large patio on the water sets this apart. The price is very affordable for what you get and Lake Michigan is a short distance away.

Romantic, peaceful, and relaxing. We loved it� highly recommended
We like to watch action at marina. Quite place with very accommodating rooms. Nice breakfast available, nice ladies shop attached, very friendly,and warm chocolate chip cookies served at 8pm:)
