I am unhappy with weathertite windows. it took over a year to get our windows and they are still not finished yet. they installed windows with no screens. so we cant even open the windows. we are still waiting on screens. plus they left a gap under the door they installed and the door frame still isnt fully painted.

Buyer Beware!! I am very unhappy with the service I received from WeatherTite Windows. It took almost 13 MONTHS to get our project completed. I realize we are dealing with unprecedented supply chain issues, but the way this company handled the process, expectations and communications was beyond horrible and I feel I was misled throughout the entire process. Warranty repair work. I have been working with them since July 20th 2021 . The window replacement was ordered wrong and new replacements were supposed to be ordered on August 24th. They are telling me will not have replacement glass until December. Customer service follow up is very lacking they act like it is a burden when I try to get a update. They were great with the sale but repair work very lacking and unacceptable.

This is a follow up to my previous review. In no way was my review to show any negativity for Michael Martin. He has been very professional and very willing to correct the situation. I very much appreciate his interest and work ethic. The original installers were the issue and he has done his best to correct the situation. Again, Mike gets 5 stars in my estimation.

I am writing to express my pleasure in dealing with Michael Martin, Installation Supervisor, who has been really working to make my situation right with the hurricane screens that were installed in March 2018. The installed screens were not done in an acceptable manner, and Michael has been very helpful to correct the situation. He has not quite completed the project, but he has restore my confidence in Weathertite. 5 stars for him

We are replacing the windows in our 1964 built house. We called Weather Tite to get an estimate and were surprised to have Justin call the next day and set up an appointment. Justin arrived for the appointment precisely at the time he said he would be here. He looked at our project and then listened to what we desired. The salesman just left my house after going over all the advantages and cost estimate. What a pleasant experience, no pressure, just information. I still have a few more quotes to get but this company is at the top of the list right now. So glad I called them. Cathy C.

The window installers, Richard, Felix and Mario did an excellent job of installing our windows. They were efficient, courteous, worked around our pets and most importantly, did a great job of cleaning up post-installation. I would highly recommend Weather Tite Windows and especially these 3 installers!
