I just had my OLD & WORN 3 panel sliding glass doors replaced, frame & all.Michael Blankley & his side kick Drew, Were excellent. Very polite & Mike explained different steps as he was installing everything .There has been a few homes in my subdivision that have had windows/doors , never a bad word. I will definitely pass on Chris Longo's card. One step down 2 more to go. Inspection then service & I do not foresee any problems I will return when step 3 is completed . Thank You Cathy B. I should have listened to my neighbor and not gone with Weather Tite!! Make sure you read the REAL reviews! The salesman (of course) was great, but the customer service is absolutely horrendous, and they DO NOT keep their promises!! Install took way longer than I was told, day before our appt they call to tell us the installer we requested and had had an appt with for months wouldnt be able to do the job. Installers were young, played music loud and with profanity, job was sloppy! There's no "lifetime" warranty when they don... read more

The experience we had from the sales person to after installation inspection was professional and easy. All emails/calls were responded to immediately and once I actually received an apology for a misunderstanding! What other company does that? We replaced half of the house windows and soon will be calling to begin the process for the remainder of the windows. As a woman who took on this responsibility, I had other companies either write me off as " the woman in the home, insist upon speaking " to the man of the house", etc.... read more
