Called Weathertight about water coming through my powder room ceiling vent. Justin was prompt and clear on communication throughout, no chasing for updates. Chris, the owner, came out himself with Ed. Rather than guessing, they went up into the attic in the heat and searched until they found the actual source a small hole at the vent and sealed it. Chris & Ed were clearly determined to solve it, not just close out the appointment. Responsive, thorough, and they cared about getting it right. Highly recommend.
