James is a family man himself, and very sympathetic towards the needs of his customers. He was very careful to completely understand my family circus so that material drop off and clean up impacted us as little as possible. His team worked quickly replacing our roof and bringing our 20 year old house up to code...other than the looks of our brand new roof, you can't tell they were ever here. Professional owner. Professional team. Professional job.

I rent-out my house and do not live in town. James, owner of Weather Tech, acted on my behalf when hail damage ruined my roof. He examined the roof(told me the results) communicated with insurance and property manager ( told me) helped me pick a roof color and sent the completion pictures ( he took himself). Trustworthy. Professional. Communicative. No cut corners!!!
These guys forgot 2 of the 3 repairs they came out to do and left trash in my yard that blew into the pool and clogged a skimmer which burned up my pump. They wouldn't even pay the cost of the repair but instead offered half of what the repair was and gave me 150 bucks off the invoice for the 2 repairs they forgot to do. Updated review: what a joke. Obviously knows nothing about the damage done to the pool. I tried to give a reasonable option to replace the pump motor but I instead chose to replace the whole pump due to D.O.... read more
James was very honest and upfront about the roofing process. His team was prompt and professional. Weather Tech had the best pricing out of all of the businesses that quoted us.
